Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules * Lead the planning, execution, and completion of civil infrastructure projects. * Supervise and coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, stakeholders and government authorities to ensure project alignment with design, budget, and schedule. * Oversee project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. * Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards. * Manage budgets, project resources schedules, and handle variations, claims, and cost optimization * Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. * Provide regular project updates to management. * Resolve project challenges and issues effectively. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * PMP certification (preferred) * 20 years of experience in infrastructure projects **Required Skills** * Strong leadership and decision\-making skills * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) * Understanding of construction methods, contracts, and regulations Pay: KD1,800\.000 \- KD2,200\.000 per month Work Location: In person
