Responsibilities: \-Develop conceptual designs, create detailed blueprints, and plan the layout of buildings and spaces. \-Consult with clients to understand needs, present design proposals, and liaise with contractors, engineers, and other construction professionals. \-Develop project timelines, estimate costs, ensure projects stay within budget, and manage contracts. \-Prepare specifications, conduct feasibility studies, ensure designs meet safety and building codes, and obtain necessary permits. \-Visit construction sites to monitor progress, ensure adherence to plans, and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Required skills and qualifications: \-Degree in architecture or a related field. \-Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction procedures, building codes, and materials. \-Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD and Revit. \-Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. \-Strong creative and visualization skills. \-Experience with project management and construction is often preferred.
