We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) who can transform complex datasets into clear business insights and strategic direction. You are not just reporting numbers; you are shaping decisions that guide product, operations, and growth. Key Responsibilities: **Data Analysis Ownership:** Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights across operations, product, and finance. **Dashboard Development:** Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting systems for leadership and stakeholders. **Business Intelligence:** Translate complex data into clear recommendations that support strategic decision\-making. **Cross Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to define KPIs and improve data quality. **Performance Tracking:** Monitor key business metrics, identify trends, and highlight risks or opportunities proactively. What We Are Looking For: **Experience:** 5 to 8 years in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, with exposure to enterprise environments. **Technical Skills:** Strong experience with SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to interpret complex datasets and convert them into clear business recommendations. **Communication Skills:** Able to present findings to both technical and non technical stakeholders in a simple and structured way. **Mindset:** You are detail oriented, curious, and comfortable working with large and messy datasets while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
