**Job Summary:** We are seeking an organized Store Executive to manage the receipt, verification, and documentation of incoming IT equipment and software. The primary responsibility includes preparing and maintaining Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), ensuring that all deliveries meet specified quantity, quality, and technical requirements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve discrepancies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and verify incoming IT hardware and software, such as laptops, desktops, networking equipment’s etc. * Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all inbound deliveries. * Ensure goods receive match purchase orders (POs) in terms of quantity, model, configuration, and warranty terms. * Identify and report any damage, missing, or non\-compliant items to the procurement and IT teams. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of all received assets in the asset management system or ERP. * Ensure all GRNs are correctly filed and shared with finance/procurement for invoice processing. * Collaborate with IT support, procurement, and vendors to coordinate timely deliveries and replacements. * Schedule and support quality checks, including powering on equipment and basic functional tests. * Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels of IT consumables and critical equipment. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in stores, inventory, or asset management, preferably in the IT domain. * Familiarity with IT hardware specifications, part numbers, and software license types. * Good working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation practices. * Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
