




**Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate day\-to\-day delivery operations * Manage and support a team of drivers and operations staff * Monitor performance metrics (on\-time delivery, productivity, etc.) * Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies * Solve operational challenges in real time and implement process improvements * Liaise with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams * Prepare reports and updates for senior management **What We’re Looking For:** * Proven experience in logistics, delivery, or operations (2–4 years preferred) * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, high\-pressure environment * Good knowledge of route planning and delivery software is a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed Job Type: Full\-time
