The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing luxury services, with the ability to position our firm as a leader in high\-end residential design. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand presence in the luxury architecture market. * Manage and enhance the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and digital campaigns. * Prepare high\-quality marketing materials, presentations, and brochures tailored to high\-net\-worth clients. * Collaborate with the design team to showcase completed and ongoing villa projects through creative storytelling and visual content. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners. * Organize and oversee promotional events, exhibitions, and private client showcases. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to refine strategies. Qualifications \& Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in the architecture, real estate, or luxury design sector. * Proven track record in promoting high\-end residential projects (preferably villas). * Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media strategies. * Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus). * Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for design. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
