Key Responsibilities: * Lead IT support operations, handling all hardware, software, and infrastructure tasks * Administer Windows Server and Active Directory (users, groups, permissions) to ensure secure operations * Manage Microsoft 365 (M365\) mailboxes, ERP business applications, and all software subscriptions/contracts * Troubleshoot networking issues and provide advanced system support to all end\-users * Act as the main point of contact for IT vendors and third\-party service providers Requirements: * Minimum 4 years proven experience in IT support and system administration * Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 * Experience managing ERP systems and corporate IT environments * Good problem\-solving skills and ability to work independently Job Details: * Location: Al\-Dajeej * Working Days: 5\.5 days per week Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: KD500\.000 \- KD600\.000 per month
