Job Summary: A Business Analytics Consultant analyzes operational, financial, and commercial data and transforms it into insights and recommendations to improve performance and support strategic decision-making. Key Highlights of the Role: 1. Transforming data into insights and strategic recommendations 2. Designing effective analytical solutions based on business needs 3. Identifying trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis Monitoring KPIs. Conducting benchmarking and analyzing competitor and market performance as needed. Documenting analytical methodologies, data sources, and models used. Complying with data security, privacy policies, and applicable regulations in the State of Kuwait. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or consulting. Strong experience in data analysis and translating findings into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and trend analysis methods. Experience in designing dashboards and interactive reports. Prior experience with Python or R is preferred. Building dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and others. Using SQL and Excel to extract, clean, and analyze data. Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and developing appropriate mechanisms to measure them. Analyzing business performance and providing recommendations to improve efficiency, revenue, and cost reduction. Conducting predictive analyses and business scenario modeling as needed. Identifying operational gaps and proposing data-driven solutions. Preparing reports and presentations, and clearly explaining results to management and clients. Collaborating with IT, data science, finance, marketing, and operations teams. Reviewing data quality. The consultant also works with departments and clients to identify business needs and design effective analytical solutions.
