**Date:** 23 Sept 2025 **Location:** KW **Company:** Alghanim Industries Job Summary This position will establish and support on architectural interior designs from concept through project completion. Candidates will have a strong knowledge of design, material and detailing of retail interiors. Architect should be capable of working across and within multi\-brand retail and F\&B concepts. Junior Architects work under the direct supervision of an Architect or Lead Designer, helping to prepare designs, complete construction documents, write up building plans, and assist in the presentation of materials. They will be responsible for producing store concepts, all graphics and branding as required. Job Responsibilties Creates, presents and implements design concept according to a brand CI and client’s and need Creates and develops design concepts to 1/20 scale plans, elevations, sections and details for the production team to build upon and for tender documents. Works on projects including space planning, concept development, material selection and execution details. Collaborates with project team to meet project schedules, budgets and design quality Corresponds and coordinates with consultants including lighting, structural, MEP, operation and technical, and construction, etc. Reviews and checks all work for design, accuracy, and completeness. Support the architect or lead architect on day\-to\-day requirements on all projects. Skills and Competencies Must understand construction features (including plumbing, electrical and other mechanicals) and how they are incorporated into design. Strong up to date material, trend and production knowledge. Able to communicate with peers in brand language visuals in a clear, concise manner. Architects must have strong written, oral and visual communication skills. Must visually interpret verbal instructions and suggestions. Able to work independently and as a team member with good communication skills Must have a team\-oriented attitude, an attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines. Must be creative within the constraints of a budget and time. Able to work under pressure and deliver finished results to deadlines. Good, fast and accurate use of Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint, Word software programs. Education Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
