Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and product performance ### **Description** Primary focus is evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and identifying improvement areas to develop and implement effective solutions. Key responsibilities include managing Data Warehouse, Fresh Products Planning, and Promotion Planning \& Execution.### **Responsibilities** * Conducts in\-depth analysis of sales and product performance. * Verifies data against previous reports. * Communicates key insights. * Uploading yearly Budget and monthly Rolling Plan. * Prepares annual budgets, monthly rolling forecasts. * Oversees fresh product return control. * Coordinates with stakeholders to gather data, initiates analysis activities. * Decides on who and what needs to be done to activate analysis. * Leverages available tools for business evaluation. * Prepares daily sales reports. * Analysis of new product launch / promotional products. * Monitors new product/promotional performance. * Maintains market price lists, updates product portfolios. * Update product portfolio and consolidates monthly reports. * Generate Monthly Supervisor Commission. * Performs any duty assigned by the line. * Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross\-functional team members and management. * Processes any cross training as mandated by the line. * Alternates for colleagues when requested by the management. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA pre. * 2 years of sales and marketing. research and analysis within an FMCG. * Proven experience in business Analysis, market entry, and team leadership. * In\-depth knowledge of global markets, import regulations, and distributor networks * Strong understanding of Oracle and all related software programs. * Proficient in Advanced MS Office, including Excel for data analysis. * Experience with OLAP technologies and business intelligence tools. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team\-oriented environment.
