We are seeking a detail\-oriented and highly organized **Logistics and Inventory Coordinator** to manage the flow of shipments and inventory across our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in logistics and shipment coordination, be proficient in computer use for reporting and data management, and be bilingual in **English and Arabic** to effectively communicate with suppliers, agents, and partners across regions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with agents, freight forwarders, and internal departments * Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability * Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery status * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of inventory, shipments, and logistics documentation * Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory, shipping costs, and delivery performance * Follow up with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues * Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to optimize inventory flow and storage * Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies * Communicate professionally in both English and Arabic, verbally and in writing **Requirements:** * Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipment coordination * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory software, and reporting tools * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment * Fluency in **both English and Arabic** (verbal and written) is **required** * Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills Job Type: Full\-time Pay: KD350\.000 \- KD450\.000 per month Experience: * logistics and inventory : 3 years (Required) Language: * Arabic and English (Required)
