Description

Summary: This role involves operating and monitoring cryogenic and water pumps, filling various liquid tankers, transferring liquids, ensuring cleanliness, and coordinating with engineers for operational parameters and abnormalities. Highlights: 1. Operate and observe cryogenic and water pumps 2. Fill various liquid tankers and manage liquid transfers 3. Monitor operational parameters and coordinate with engineers · Operating \& observing all cryogenic pumps. · Connecting all cryogenic hoses with the proper CGA connections before filling. · Filling liquid tankers, jumbo trailers, liquid dewars, porta\-cryo tanks \& iso\-tanks. · Transferring liquid between the tanks. · Housekeeping of the filling area. · Observing the cooling tower level \& coordinate with the shift engineer for any abnormality. · Operating the MEW water pumps. · Monitoring \& observing the liquid tankers, jumbo trailers, storage tanks’ pressure \& coordinate with the shift engineer for any abnormality. · Recording the operating parameters of Hydrogen plant in the log sheet and coordinate with the shift engineer for any abnormality. · Monitoring the distilled water tank level in the Hydrogen plant and coordinate with the shift engineer for any abnormality. · To follow up the daily filling plan with the coordination of the production in charge. · Checking the liquid tankers \& jumbo trailers purity. · Assisting the shift engineer for any job related to the plants. · Preparing the required data for the daily production sheet. · Operating the Hydrogen compressor and maintaining the HP accumulator pressure. · Arranging the proper hoses \& CGA connections for all liquid tankers. · To coordinate with the shift engineer for any abnormality related to the field work.
