




###### **Responsibilities** •Receive and process customer vehicles, enters data into SAP •Maintain in/out records •Manage customer representatives during vehicle drop\-off and pick\-up •Coordinate with the accounts for delivery notes •Facilitate communication between customers and respective Managers •Handle service appointments, inquiries, and follow\-ups. •Coordinate between customers and service/technical teams. •Ensure smooth front\-desk operations and prompt customer communication. •Support management in reporting and administrative tasks related to service operations. ##### **Job Requirements** ###### **Educational Qualifications** Education Degree : Secondary Major : \- ###### **Experience** Years of Experience : 1 \- 5 Years Field of Experience : Experience in customer service, front desk, or service reception roles. Experience handling customer inquiries, appointments, and service requests. Exposure to automotive, industrial, or service center operations is preferred.
