Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Restaurant Supervisor **Company:** The Monal **Location:** Marina Mall Area, Salmiya, Kuwait **Salary:** KWD 810 per month Job Description The Monal is looking for an experienced and motivated **Restaurant Supervisor** to oversee daily restaurant operations, support the service team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow. Responsibilities * Supervise daily restaurant operations and service activities. * Lead, support, and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts. * Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. * Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards. * Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally. * Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and shift assignments. * Monitor inventory and coordinate with kitchen and management teams. * Ensure compliance with restaurant health, safety, and hygiene standards. * Train and coach employees on service procedures and company standards. * Prepare basic shift reports and communicate operational issues to management. * Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient restaurant environment. Qualifications * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage. * Previous experience in restaurant supervision or hospitality operations. * Strong leadership and team\-management skills. * Excellent customer service and communication abilities. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced restaurant environment. * Good problem\-solving and decision\-making skills. * Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant procedures. * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required. * Professional, organized, and customer\-focused. الراتب المدفوع: KWD٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
