Coordinates with project teams for effective project planning **Job Summary** The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to support timely execution and successful delivery of projects. Duties include preparing baseline schedules, updating project programs, monitoring progress, preparing reports, analyzing schedule performance, and coordinating with project teams to support effective project planning and control. The role requires strong knowledge of planning and scheduling methodologies, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with project stakeholders. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. * Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls, preferably with prior experience in MEW, MPW, or ministry infrastructure projects. * Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, baseline schedule preparation, project progress monitoring, schedule updates, and planning reports. * Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies, work breakdown structures (WBS), progress measurement, delay analysis, and project reporting. * Demonstrates strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, coordination abilities, and the capability to support project teams in achieving project objectives. * Must be available in Kuwait with valid transferrable visa **Job ID: NP5074 Planning Engineer** **How to Apply** Send your updated CV along with the supporting documents to careers@enshaat.com for initial assessment.
