Mentor engineering staff and support business development activities **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Principal Environmental Engineer to lead environmental engineering projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop sustainable solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, manage multidisciplinary teams, and support environmental planning, permitting, and risk management initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead environmental engineering projects from planning through completion. * Develop environmental management plans, assessments, and technical reports. * Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and industry standards. * Conduct environmental impact assessments, site investigations, and risk evaluations. * Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams. * Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality deliverables. * Mentor engineering staff and support business development activities. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent licensure preferred. * Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting, remediation, and sustainability practices. * Experience with environmental impact assessments and project management. * Excellent leadership, analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong client relationships.
