Key Responsibilities: Administer compensation \& benefits programs and ensure compliance. Drive employee engagement through initiatives and activities. Track and report HR KPIs (turnover rate, employee satisfaction, etc.). Support recruitment, training, and policy development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 4\-7 years of experience in HR functions. Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices. Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential data. Preferred: HR certification (SHRM, PHRI). Awareness of the latest HR trends and practices.
