Apply primer or filler to prepare surfaces for finish coats. Remove old layers by stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, sandblasting and/or water. Properly protect surfaces during painting and place appropriate warning signs. Clean and store paint, tools, and equipment in designated areas. Communicate with supplier to modify paint, stain, or varnish colors. Follow and apply all brand safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and obtain certifications. Ensure wearing a clean and complete work uniform; maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times in the workplace; respect confidentiality when sharing brand and/or hotel information and protect all company assets. Welcome and greet guests according to brand standards, anticipate their needs and respond accordingly, assist disabled persons, and warmly thank guests. Use clear and courteous language in all communications. Work together and support each other to achieve common goals. Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. Be able to perform bending and flexing movements on knees, including bending over, turning, pulling, and crouching. Climb up and down ladders. Carry, turn, and handle loads of various sizes and weights. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 23 kilograms independently. Be accustomed to standing, sitting, and moving for extended periods of time. Perform all other tasks requested by supervisors that are consistent with the position. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education Level: Diploma from a technical, vocational, or professional educational institution. Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
