The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and a passion for research and development. As a Microbiologist, you will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and developing new products and processes. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify and characterize microorganisms + Develop and optimize microbiological processes for the production of new products + Perform quality control tests to ensure product safety and efficacy + Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones + Stay up\-to\-date with industry developments and advancements in microbiology + Write reports and present findings to management and other stakeholders + Maintain accurate records and documentation of all experiments and results + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in the laboratory Qualifications: + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology or related field + Minimum of 3 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory setting + Must have a valid medical license to practice + Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and procedures + Experience with microbial isolation, identification, and characterization + Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulations + Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong communication and presentation skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software + Experience with biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry is a plus Email your profile to rhalbhavi@domomena.com
