We are looking for a **Marketing Manager** to strengthen our brand presence and support our regional growth. **Role Overview** We’re seeking a **motivated, hands\-on marketer** with a start\-up mindset and strong understanding of local culture. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate all marketing activities — from social media and content to events and partnerships — working both **independently and with internal/external partners** to execute USim’s marketing roadmap. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and manage the **marketing calendar** across channels and campaigns * Oversee **social media content, posting schedules, and community engagement** * Lead **content creation** (visuals, copy, campaigns) and coordinate with agencies or freelancers * Develop and maintain **B2B marketing partnerships** with travel, fintech, and telecom players * Manage **sponsorships, booths, and event participation** in Kuwait and GCC markets * Support **PR, press releases, and influencer collaborations** * Analyze campaign results and continuously improve brand visibility and engagement **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of marketing experience**, ideally in digital, telecom, or consumer tech * Fluent in **Arabic and English**, with a strong grasp of **Kuwaiti and GCC culture** * Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, freelancers) * Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced, start\-up environment * Strong communication and project management skills Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in tech start\-up?
