Job Description: Responsibilities: 1\- Reports to assigned Supervisor for receiving work orders, and or carry out pending HVAC maintenance on a daily basis. 2\- Attend to all HVAC maintenance requests of the tenantas instructed by the coordinator. 3\- Periodic inspection of the property's main chiller system and identify possible defects, failures and or maintenance issues. 4\- Install, repair and maintain in\-house cooling and heating systems in the property. 5\- Assist and supervise outside contractors/vendors to ensure that the HVAC maintenance tasks are in accordance to Company’s protocols and standards. 6\- Trouble shoot all HVAC system problems and propose relevant solutions. 7\- Be a team player and assist other members of the team as deemed necessary and advised by the coordinator.
