Key Responsibilities: * **Team Leadership:** Supervise and mentor junior installers and apprentices, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality work. * **Technical Expertise:** Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of complex elevator systems, demonstrating deep knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural components. * **Project Management:** Plan project schedules, conduct site assessments, review blueprints, and interface with project managers and contractors. * **Safety \& Compliance:** Enforce all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards, ensuring a safe work environment. * **Problem Solving:** Diagnose and resolve significant on\-site challenges and complex technical issues independently. * **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed. Essential Skills \& Qualifications: * Extensive experience as an elevator mechanic/installer. * Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. * Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications. * Excellent decision\-making, judgment, and complex problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in using hand and power tools, testing devices (ammeters, voltmeters). * Leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. * A strong commitment to safety.
