Collaborates closely with designers, sample makers, and production teams to translate design concepts into precise technical patterns. Key Responsibilities: * Develop first patterns based on sketches, tech packs, or design concepts * Create digital or manual patterns using CAD software or hand drafting * Conduct pattern grading for different sizes * Collaborate with sample makers to refine fit and construction * Attend fittings and make necessary pattern adjustments * Ensure patterns meet production standards and cost efficiency * Maintain detailed documentation and pattern libraries * Troubleshoot construction and fit issues before mass production Skills \& Qualifications: * Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit * Proficiency in pattern\-making software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, Optitex) * Excellent understanding of fabrics and how they behave * High attention to detail and precision * Ability to interpret technical drawings and tech packs * Experience in apparel production or fashion manufacturing preferred Job Type: Full\-time Pay: KD11\.000 \- KD22\.000 per month Work Location: In person
