This role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to support effective cost planning, procurement, and commercial management for infrastructure or building projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation. * Review contractor invoices, variations, and claims to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial progress, identifying risks and variances. * Support procurement activities, including evaluation of bids and contract negotiations. * Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and cost optimization exercises. * Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment between design, scope, and budget. * Maintain accurate cost records, reports, and documentation. * Assist in preparing monthly progress reports and financial summaries. * Ensure compliance with project standards, contractual requirements, and industry best practices. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **10 years of experience** in infrastructure or building projects. * Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, and commercial management. * Experience with large‑scale or complex developments is preferred. * Proficiency in cost estimation software and industry\-standard tools. * Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
