To strengthen our consulting team, we are seeking an experienced **ERP Implementation Consultant** to lead ERP deployment projects and ensure successful adoption. Role Overview The **ERP Implementation Consultant** will be responsible for managing ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to system configuration, training, and post\-go\-live support. This role requires technical expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities * Lead ERP implementation projects across diverse industries. * Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into ERP solutions. * Configure ERP modules and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. * Collaborate with IT, finance, HR, and operations teams to align ERP functionality with organizational goals. * Provide training and support to end\-users for effective system adoption. * Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. * Prepare documentation, reports, and post\-implementation evaluations. * Stay updated on ERP trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with hands\-on expertise in platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. * Strong knowledge of ERP modules (finance, HR, supply chain, manufacturing). * Proficiency in SQL, data migration, and system integration. * Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
