Key Responsibilities * **Smart contract development:** Design and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Polygon, or other blockchain platforms. * **Decentralized applications:** Build scalable dApps with user\-friendly interfaces. * **Blockchain integration:** Integrate blockchain solutions into existing business systems. * **Security assurance:** Implement cryptographic protocols and ensure system integrity. * **Performance optimization:** Enhance transaction speed and scalability. * **Collaboration:** Work with cross\-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. * **Research \& innovation:** Stay updated on emerging blockchain technologies and trends. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in blockchain development. * Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go. * Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, or other blockchain platforms. * Strong knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems. * Familiarity with Web3\.js, Truffle, Hardhat, or similar frameworks. * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills.
