The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fleet performance, vehicle acquisition, maintenance, compliance, driver operations, and cost optimization while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. This leadership role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in fleet management, logistics, and operational leadership. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement fleet management strategies that improve operational efficiency, vehicle utilization, and customer satisfaction. * Oversee the acquisition, registration, maintenance, inspection, and disposal of company vehicles. * Manage daily fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, dispatch, availability, and lifecycle management. * Monitor fleet performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as utilization, maintenance costs, fuel consumption, and downtime. * Ensure compliance with Kuwait transportation regulations, licensing requirements, insurance policies, and company safety standards. * Develop preventive maintenance programs to maximize vehicle reliability and minimize operational disruptions. * Manage relationships with vehicle suppliers, maintenance providers, insurance companies, and leasing partners. * Prepare and manage fleet budgets, operating expenses, and cost\-control initiatives. * Lead and mentor fleet supervisors, maintenance personnel, drivers, and administrative staff. * Implement fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and telematics solutions to improve operational الراتب المدفوع: KWD٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
