The Role As a Receptionist at LUCA, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment while ensuring that every guest receives attentive, professional, and personalized service. You will manage the guest journey from arrival through departure, assist with wellness and gym services, respond to guest needs, and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure a smooth and elevated experience. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and acknowledge every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. * Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their visit. * Manage guest check\-ins, check\-outs, appointments, bookings, and daily inquiries. * Provide clear and accurate information regarding LUCA’s wellness, fitness, and guest services. * Assist guests with gym and wellness service bookings, schedules, facilities, and general inquiries. * Understand each guest’s needs and preferences and provide personalized assistance whenever possible. * Coordinate with wellness, fitness, and other internal teams to ensure guests receive seamless service. * Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations. * Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly, professionally, and with a solutions\-focused approach. * Follow up on guest requests when necessary to ensure they have been fully resolved. * Maintain accurate guest information, bookings, and preferences. * Ensure the reception and guest\-facing areas are consistently clean, organized, calm, and welcoming. * Support the smooth flow of guest arrivals, appointments, and departures. * Assist with special requests and provide personalized attention to VIP and returning guests. * Maintain a high level of knowledge about LUCA’s wellness, fitness, facilities, services, policies, and procedures. * Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times. * Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. * Consistently uphold LUCA’s standards of service, presentation, professionalism, and guest care. Work Location: In person
