Resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality **POSITION: Senior Site Engineer (Civil)** **COMPANY ADDRESS:** Sulaibiya, Industrial Zone 2 **COMPANY NAME**:Fertigombau Engineering **SALARY:** KWD 1,450 per month Fertigombau Engineering is seeking a highly experienced and results\-driven **Senior Site Engineer (Civil)** to oversee construction activities and ensure project execution meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage day\-to\-day site operations and construction activities * Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors * Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards * Review and interpret technical drawings and plans * Manage site resources, materials, and workforce effectively * Identify and resolve on\-site issues and implement corrective actions * Conduct inspections and ensure proper documentation of work progress **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil construction, with strong site supervision experience * Proven experience handling large\-scale construction projects * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications * Excellent leadership, problem\-solving, and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines * Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage) نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: KWD٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
