Customize existing Odoo modules according to business requirements We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, implementing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions. The candidate should have strong Python programming skills and experience working with Odoo modules, integrations, and business process automation. Key Responsibilities * Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules. * Design and implement new business applications within Odoo. * Customize existing Odoo modules according to business requirements. * Develop integrations between Odoo and third\-party applications using APIs. * Create and maintain reports using QWeb and other reporting tools. * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Odoo applications. * Perform database management and PostgreSQL optimization. * Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to gather requirements. * Participate in testing, deployment, and system upgrades. * Provide technical support and documentation for developed solutions. Required Skills * Strong experience with Odoo development (Community and/or Enterprise). * Proficiency in Python programming. * Experience with PostgreSQL databases. * Knowledge of Odoo ORM, XML, QWeb, and JavaScript. * Experience with REST APIs and third\-party integrations. * Familiarity with Git version control. * Understanding of ERP business processes including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Experience with Odoo versions 16, 17, 18, or later. * Knowledge of Docker, Linux, and server administration. * Experience with Odoo migration and performance optimization. Pay: KD300\.000 \- KD500\.000 per month Work Location: In person
