Opportunity for fresh graduates and junior-level experience Junior Software Support **Company:** Autokroma **Location:** Al Rai Industrial Area, Kuwait City, Kuwait **Salary:** KWD 840 per month Job Description Autokroma is looking for a **Junior Software Support** professional to assist users with software\-related concerns, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide reliable day\-to\-day application support. Responsibilities * Provide first\-level support for software and application issues. * Troubleshoot technical problems and identify possible solutions. * Assist users with software installation, configuration, and basic system setup. * Monitor and respond to support requests in a timely manner. * Document reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. * Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT or development teams. * Assist with software updates, testing, and system maintenance. * Prepare basic technical documentation and user guides. * Maintain good communication with users and internal teams.
