**Duties and Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the delivery driver team with field follow-up and regular meetings. * Monitor and analyze daily driver and warehouse performance. * Schedule and track driver attendance. * Manage inventory of company assets. * Train the team and improve customer service levels. * Coordinate with dispatch teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations. * Resolve urgent issues quickly and effectively. * Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager. **Qualifications:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field (logistics preferred). * Ability to manage multicultural teams. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Dynamics** and **PHZ\-Dispatch** systems. * Bachelor's degree.
