We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and talented Operations Manager to lead and oversee our growing operations across multiple locations in Kuwait. **✅Key Responsibilities:** **Operations Level :** * Oversee day\-to\-day operations across Multiple branches in Kuwait. * Ensure high standards of customer service, food safety, and hygiene * Ensure full compliance with local regulations and brand standards * Mange the F\&B Full Operation with SOP and High level of Management * Inventory Management , supply chain, and vendor coordination. * Oversee POS systems, inventory control, and scheduling tools. **Quality Assurance Level:** * Ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, and service standards across all branches. * Regular Testing for food safety compliance (e.g., HACCP, local health regulations). * Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions for non\-compliance. * Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve service quality. * Lead staff training on quality standards and SOPs. **Administration level:** * Implementing cost control Methods and boost Operations profitability across locations. * Analyze sales reports, monitor KPIs, and drive a consistent performance improvement. * Manage, Mentor, train, and supervise front\-line staff and stores . **Market \& Industrial Level :** * Conduct PeriodicallyMarket Research , Trends, Customer behavior, and Competitors activity in Kuwait. * Ability to propose new market penetration strategies and plans * Address SWOT plan to the Operations with period update according to the variable factors. * Developing the right Market and Operation strategies that to be Implemented to maximize the whole performance. **Managerial Level:** * Leads Sales Development , Promotion plans and seasonal campaign * Manage budgeting and forecasting for all locations, with a focus on optimizing sales and controlling expenditures. * Design and implement staff incentive programs to boost motivation, productivity, and retention. * Implementing cost control Methods and boost profitability across locations **✅ Required Qualifications:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.** * **MBA in Bussniess Operations or similar is highly Preferred** * **5\+ years in a similar F\&B operations leadership role** * **Fluent in English \& Arabic .** **✅Proven Track record in the Following :** * **Strong Knowledge of Kuwait F\&B Market , Trends, Customer behavior, and Competitors activity in Kuwait.** * **Proven Experience in developing successful promotion plans and seasonal campaigns.** * **Preparing \& Managing budgets related to sales, marketing, and operational expenses.** * **Implementing effective cost control strategies and boosting overall profitability.** * **Multi\-location operations management, including team development and quality assurance.** **✅Other Reequipments:** * **Ability to join immediately is highly preferred** * **Only applicants with a valid Kuwait ID can apply** Job Type: Full\-time
