This isn't just a desk job—it’s the air traffic control of our regional mining supply chain, equipment logistics, and vendor relations. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Operational Syncing:** Coordinate and streamline communication between site project managers in Peru and corporate stakeholders in Kuwait. * **Logistics \& Supply Chain:** Oversee the international tracking, customs clearance documentation, and delivery of heavy machinery, spare parts, and raw materials. * **Vendor \& Contract Management:** Source, negotiate with, and manage local and international suppliers, ensuring compliance with both Kuwaiti and global maritime/mining regulations. * **Reporting \& Analytics:** Maintain rigorous dashboards tracking project timelines, shipment statuses, and budgetary compliance. * **Compliance Champion:** Ensure all local permits, environmental documentations, and safety standards are meticulously aligned with Kuwaiti law and internal company policies. **What We Are Looking For (Requirements)** * **Experience:** 3–5 years of coordination experience in mining, heavy engineering, oil \& gas, or large\-scale global logistics. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * **Languages:** Fluency in **English** is mandatory.
