Key Responsibilities * Supervise construction activities at the site. * Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants. * Monitor progress and prepare daily reports. * Ensure quality control and safety compliance. * Resolve on\-site technical issues. * Manage materials and resources efficiently. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field. * 5–7 years of site experience (Gulf experience preferred). * Strong knowledge of construction processes. * Good leadership and coordination skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
