




**Responsibilities** * Assess training and development needs using various analysis tools. * Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement. * Design customized development pathways for employees in partnership with the performance development specialist. * Design both online and offline training programs and workshops. * Develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and e\-learning content. * Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and competencies. * Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees to reinforce learning and professional growth. * Collect, maintain, and analyze employees' training performance data. * Manage the company’s Learning Management System (Talent LMS). * Identify and coordinate with external training providers when needed to ensure high\-quality learning solutions. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. * Ensure training programs align with the company’s strategic goals and business objectives. * Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and recommendations for continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business administration or related field. * Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus. * Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e\-learning platforms. * Strong knowledge of instructional design, training methodologies, and learning tools. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to design and deliver both online and offline training programs. * Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis for evaluating training effectiveness. **Experience:** * 3 to 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on employee skill enhancement and professional growth. * Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs across various platforms. * Experience in coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs.
