DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT THE PROJECT HSE PLAN AND SITE SPECIFIC PROCEDURES. ENSURE HSE REQUIREMENTS ARE INCORPORATED INTO CONSTRUCTION PLANNING AND WORK METHODS.
