Summary: Lead a safety team, advise personnel, and implement prevention programs to maintain a safe working environment and foster a positive HSE culture. Highlights: 1. Implement and monitor accident prevention programs **Job Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise a small team of Safety Officers to promote and maintain a safe working environment. * Advise all project personnel and subcontractors on safe working practices and foster strong safety awareness on site. * Implement and monitor authorized accident prevention programs and emergency evacuation plans. * Conduct regular safety inspections, job hazard analyses, and corrective action reviews to maintain a safe and efficient workplace. * Ensure accident and incident investigations are carried out in accordance with company policies and Safety Department guidelines. * Provide continuous specialist advice, training, and safety education to all project personnel. * Promote a positive HSE culture through approved incentive and disciplinary programs. * Coordinate and manage team activities including motivating, directing, appraising, developing staff, and handling disciplinary matters and grievances. * Deliver safety briefings, presentations, toolbox talks, and training sessions as required. * Support continuous improvement through learning, research, audits, and relationship\-building with internal teams and clients.
