Sales performance analysis and user experience support **Junior E\-commerce Specialist** Responsibilities: * Manage e-commerce products (add, update, delete). * Track orders and handle shipping and delivery processes. * Optimize product pages (descriptions, images, pricing). * Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional offers. * Analyze sales performance and prepare periodic reports. * Monitor and improve user experience on the website. * Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and warehouse teams. * Work with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of e-commerce and its tools. * Fundamental understanding of digital marketing (SEO, advertising, social media). * Familiarity with Google Analytics or other data analytics tools is preferred.
