They are seeking a **Media Product Manager** to drive the evolution of the digital tools that power global newsrooms. These tools enable the planning, publishing, and distribution of short\-form video, documentaries, and podcasts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about media innovation, fluent in both Arabic and English. **Job Description** * Streamline and optimize editorial workflows across planning, publishing, and metadata management. * Own the full product lifecycle—from user discovery to feature delivery. * Collaborate with editorial and engineering teams to align priorities, timelines, and solutions. * Lead product training and onboarding for newsroom teams in Arabic and English. * Create clear documentation for both technical and editorial audiences. * Define and execute metadata strategies to improve discoverability and content consistency. * Gather and analyze user feedback to shape roadmap priorities. * Communicate product vision, trade\-offs, and progress with transparency. **Qualifications*** **Bilingual**: Fluent in Arabic (MSA preferred) and English, with strong communication skills. * Strong stakeholder management and active listening abilities. * Technically fluent in cloud\-based media systems, APIs, and content distribution workflows. * Strategic product thinker: balances MVP delivery with long\-term scalability. * Confident decision\-maker, able to prioritize effectively and provide clear rationale. * Collaborative and comfortable working across editorial and technical teams. * Background in editorial or newsroom environments (e.g., writer, editor, producer). * Hands\-on experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Airtable, or Monday.com. * Familiarity with prompt engineering and large language models (LLMs). * Knowledge of A/B testing, user\-centered design principles, and Agile practices. **Additional Information*** Fully remote role. * Candidates must be available for 8\-hour shifts, with partial overlap between 08:00–12:00 EST
