




**Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and test new coffee blends, origins, and roast profiles. * Work closely with the **Head Roaster** and **Quality Team** to maintain flavor consistency. * Source and evaluate green coffee beans from various origins. * Conduct cupping sessions, flavor analysis, and brewing trials. * Train baristas and staff on new products and brewing techniques. * Support marketing and events with product knowledge and tastings. * Stay updated on coffee trends, sustainability practices, and innovations.
