Direct floor staff, equipment operators, and drivers **Logistics Operations Supervisor** **Progresja Logistics** — Block 1, Main Industrial Area, Ahmadi, Kuwait **Annual Salary:** KWD 17,500 **Position Overview** Progresja Logistics is seeking a proactive Logistics Operations Supervisor to direct daily hub operations and fleet movements from our main industrial facility in Ahmadi. This role focuses on optimizing supply chain throughput, managing warehouse yard workflows, and maintaining tight inventory control across incoming and outgoing cargo. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee shift\-level yard operations, dispatch schedules, and freight transport routes to ensure on\-time delivery across regional distribution nodes. * Maintain accurate inventory management records, supervising inbound receiving, staging, and outbound loading procedures using operational warehouse software. * Direct floor staff, heavy equipment operators, and transport drivers, enforcing daily productivity standards and operational accountability. * Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance across the facility in accordance with Kuwait’s industrial and logistics regulations. * Monitor vehicle fleet conditions, coordinating routine maintenance schedules to minimize transport downtime. **Candidate Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience in logistics supervision, warehouse management, or fleet operations within Kuwait. * Proven ability to coordinate ground\-level inventory flow, transport dispatching, and industrial safety procedures. * Strong leadership and problem\-solving skills, with a track record of managing multi\-national shift workers effectively. * **Language Skills:** Functional command of English is required; conversational Arabic or South Asian languages (Hindi/Urdu) is a strong operational advantage for day\-to\-day workforce management. * Currently based in Kuwait with immediate readiness for on\-site work in Ahmadi. **How to Apply** Interested candidates should submit an updated CV highlighting relevant supervisory experience and logistics background.
