We are currently expanding our R\&D team in the Food \& Beverage sector and are looking for exceptional ARAB professionals with strong, proven experience in food innovation, product development, or culinary marketing. About the Role: This is a strategic R\&D role focused on developing innovative food and beverage products that align with consumer preferences and emerging market trends. You will collaborate with marketing, culinary, and production teams to transform ideas into commercially successful products. A strong understanding of flavor development, product positioning, and consumer behavior is essential. You will also be expected to stay ahead of industry trends — including health\-focused innovation, clean\-label ingredients, sustainability, and regional flavor evolution — and use these insights to guide concept development and product strategy across local and regional markets. We are open to hiring both locally and from abroad, and we provide full support for international candidates during the relocation or onboarding process. This role requires a high level of expertise and a strong track record of delivering innovative, commercially successful products.
