This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual passionate about global investment strategies and market trends, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to **all phases of the investment cycle — including deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, execution, portfolio monitoring, performance evaluation, and exit strategy planning**. **Core Responsibilities:** **This position includes but does not limit to the following:** · **Investment Analysis \& Evaluation** § Conduct thorough financial and strategic analysis of potential investment opportunities across real estate and other sectors. § Creating financial models that enhance return on investments, complete with valuation metrics. § Prepare investment memos, financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, IRR, comparable companies), and scenario simulations. § Analyzing offering memorandums, pitchbooks, decks, reds, business plans and related marketing materials as well as subscription forms and legal documents. § Analyzing company performance on an absolute and relative basis. § Gather and analyze publicly available data on deals, investment projects, and real estate assets from a variety of sources. · **Transaction Execution \& Due Diligence** § Support the execution of new investments across the whole asset class spectrum (from direct real estate deals to cash management and everything in between). § Assist in due diligence processes, including market research, legal, and financial assessments. § Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and partners on transactions and investment initiatives. § Handle investment documentation, including Private Placement Memorandums and related legal documents. · **Market Research \& Strategic Insights** § Conducting market research on the industry and gather market intelligence to enhance management of funds. § Track and provide updates on financial market activity to inform positioning in local and global markets. § Monitor and report on macroeconomic trends relevant to investment performance. § Producing and maintaining internal databases to support research and reporting activities. § Stay up\-to\-date with market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the investment landscape. · **Portfolio Monitoring \& Performance Management** § Monitor portfolio performance, generate performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies. § Assist with the development and execution of investment strategies in Kuwait and international markets (US, UK, and beyond). § Support compliance tracking, documentation, and risk monitoring processes. · **Administrative \& Ad Hoc Support** § Carry out all administrative tasks related to the investment process, including documentation, portfolio reporting, compliance tracking, and risk monitoring. § Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure alignment on investment initiatives. § Any other tasks as required by the management. **Self\-Management** § Achieve the highest levels of proficiency in all skills required to perform the role. § Ensure that performance goals set by direct supervisor are achieved. **Skills Required** · **Technical Skills**: § Advanced proficiency in **financial modeling** and **valuation techniques** (DCF, IRR, NPV, comparable company analysis). § Strong command of **Excel**, **PowerPoint**, and investment analysis platforms (e.g., **Bloomberg**, **PitchBook**, **Capital IQ**, etc.). § Experience preparing detailed **investment memoranda**, **deal summaries**, and **performance dashboards**. § Ability to conduct **macroeconomic analysis**, **sector\-specific research**, and due diligence. § Familiarity with **real estate investment structures**, **financial reporting**, and **portfolio performance tracking**. · **Soft Skills**: § Exceptional **attention to detail** and a **high degree of accuracy** in analytical work. § Strong **analytical thinking**, **problem\-solving**, and **numerical aptitude**. § Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills for preparing reports and presenting findings to stakeholders. § Proactive, self\-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks with **flexibility** and **adaptability**. § Demonstrated ability to work both **independently** and **collaboratively** as part of a **cross\-functional team**. § High level of **professional integrity** and **discretion** with confidential information. · **Language Skills:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
