**Job Summary:****KDD is seeking a Supply Chain Officer – Spare Parts**, a detail\-oriented and experienced professional to manage the local purchase process, including obtaining quotations, analyzing data, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely procurement while maintaining compliance with company procedures. The role also provides technical assistance and addresses inquiries from internal departments regarding part availability, warranties, and returns. The position ensures seamless coordination between procurement, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, supporting operational excellence across the supply chain and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of KDD's spare parts operations. **Roles and Responsibilities:*** Assist the Spare Parts Senior Manager \& Senior officers with daily operational tasks * Arrange quotations ensuring they meet technical specifications and commercial terms. * Analysis of procurement data to support decision\-making for procurement process * Provide customer service support to internal stakeholders. * Prepare and issue purchase orders based on approved requisitions. * Track POs to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. * Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions. * Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track deliveries and resolve shipment issues. * Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and delivery details. * Generate regular reports on procurement activities, savings, and supplier performance. **Required Education:*** Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Sales, Logistics, or Business Administration. **Required Professional Skills:** * Bilingual \- English and Arabic (Mandatory). * Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain operations. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Supply Chain Management systems. * Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills. * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
