We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented **Inventory and Data Entry Executive** who has strong experience using **Odoo or Next ERP**. The candidate will be responsible for managing stock, recording transactions, and maintaining accurate data across the ERP system. **Responsibilities:** * Manage daily inventory updates in Odoo or Next ERP * Enter and verify data for stock, invoices, purchases, and sales * Track material movement, stock\-in, and stock\-out * Prepare inventory reports and alert management for low\-stock items * Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and purchasing teams * Check product entries, pricing, and item codes in the ERP * Maintain accurate documentation for all inventory activities * Ensure data accuracy, correctness, and timely updates * Assist with basic accounting entries related to inventory * Support ERP\-related tasks and troubleshoot basic issues **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or data entry * Hands\-on experience in **Odoo** or **Next ERP** (must) * Good understanding of stock management and product tracking * Proficiency in Excel and computer data entry * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment * Knowledge of barcode systems or stock scanning * Ability to generate detailed reports from ERP **Employment Type:** Full\-time (12 Hours 9AM to 9PM\-\-\-\- One Hour Break 2PM to 3PM) Friday Is Off Job Type: Full\-time
