Role Overview We are seeking a **Sporting Goods Store Manager** to lead our retail operations in As Salimiyah. This role is central to ensuring smooth daily operations, driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining an engaging store environment that reflects our brand values. Key Responsibilities * **Store operations**: Oversee daily activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. * **Team leadership**: Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service goals. * **Customer experience**: Deliver outstanding service and resolve customer inquiries effectively. * **Merchandising**: Ensure products are displayed attractively and aligned with promotional campaigns. * **Inventory management**: Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and minimize shrinkage. * **Sales reporting**: Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Qualifications * **Education**: Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field. * **Experience**: 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in sporting goods or lifestyle products. * **Skills**: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities. * **Technical knowledge**: Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office. * **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
