




**Job Duties \& Responsibilities:** * Develop and lead marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand direction, taking ownership from planning to execution. * Actively manage the company’s brand positioning, identity, and communication across all channels. * Take full responsibility for marketing accounts, coordinating closely with internal teams, clients, and departments to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and effectively. * Plan, create, and publish content for social media, websites, email, and other platforms, ensuring high engagement and alignment with brand voice. * Oversee and directly manage ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.), including setup, optimization, and performance tracking. * Collaborate hands\-on with designers and agencies to produce high\-quality visuals, videos, and marketing materials, ensuring deadlines and standards are met. * Review, approve, and, when needed, actively contribute to creative assets to maintain consistent brand voice and quality. * Plan and execute marketing activities, including events, partnerships, and promotions, taking personal accountability for results. * Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple campaigns, ensuring efficiency and ROI. * Analyze campaign data and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve outcomes. * Stay actively updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new marketing tools to drive innovation. * Demonstrate a proactive, hands\-on approach in all aspects of marketing, taking initiative to solve problems and deliver results. **Qualifications Required:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital advertising. * Proven experience managing multiple accounts or brand portfolios. * Hands\-on experience in social media, performance marketing, and tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and Canva. * Excellent communication and project management skills. * Excellent content creation skills, including writing, storytelling, and visual content planning. * Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and brand consistency. * Bilingual (Arabic and English).
