**Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced **Civil QA/QC Inspector** to join our team for ongoing **KOC projects**. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting civil works to ensure compliance with **KOC standards, specifications, and contract requirements**. The role involves close coordination with construction, HSE, and client teams to maintain the highest level of quality on site. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform inspection and surveillance of civil activities (excavation, backfilling, formwork, rebar fixing, concreting, asphalt works, and structural works). * Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with **KOC Standards, Specifications, Drawings, and Project ITPs**. * Review and verify concrete mix designs, material approvals, and batch plant compliance. * Monitor and document concrete pouring activities, slump tests, cube casting, and curing procedures. * Conduct inspections for foundations, manholes, pipe bedding, roads, and structural works. * Prepare IRs (Inspection Requests) and coordinate with KOC/PMC inspectors for approvals. * Issue NCRs (Non\-Conformance Reports) where required and verify corrective actions. * Maintain QA/QC records (inspection checklists, test reports, material traceability). * Support implementation of ISO 9001:2015 QMS and KOC quality requirements. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Diploma in Civil Engineering. * **Minimum 5\+ years of experience** as QA/QC Civil Inspector in Oil \& Gas projects. * **Mandatory experience in KOC projects** with strong knowledge of **KOC Standards** * Good understanding of ACI, ASTM, BS, and other relevant international codes. * Experience in site inspections, material approvals, concrete/asphalt testing. * Familiar with preparation and implementation of ITPs, Method Statements, and QCPs. * Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with consultants and clients.
