SummaryThe Projects Draftsman is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans for restaurant, café, kitchen, and hospitality facility fit\-outs. This role supports the Projects and Engineering teams by translating design concepts into precise construction\-ready drawings that comply with company standards, brand guidelines, and local regulations.Responsibilities **1\. Drafting \& Technical Drawings** · Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for architectural, structural, MEP, and interior fit\-out works. · layout plans for kitchens, dining areas, bars, storage, back\-of\-house, and washrooms based on operational requirements. · Produce shop drawings, as\-built drawings, and presentation drawings as required. **2\. Project Coordination** · Collaborate with the Projects Manager, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure drawing accuracy and design intent. · Assist in reviewing and modifying drawings based on feedback from operations, engineering, or construction teams. · Ensure that all drawings align with project timelines and site conditions. **3\. Site Visits \& Measurements** · Conduct site inspections and take accurate on\-site measurements to incorporate into drawings. · Ensure that design adjustments reflect real\-world site conditions and constraints. **4\. Compliance \& Standards** · Ensure all drawings comply with local municipal regulations, health and safety codes, and brand standards. · Coordinate with authorities where necessary to obtain approvals or modify plans based on feedback. **5\. File Management \& Documentation** · Maintain organized and up\-to\-date records of all design files and revisions. Archive and manage drawing documentation in accordance with company protocols.Qualifications · Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. · Minimum 3–5 years of drafting experience, preferably within the food \& beverage, hospitality, or retail sector. · Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or 3D Max is a plus. · Strong understanding of architectural and MEP systems and technical terminology. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to KD450\.000 per month
